When you enter mortgage amounts, property values, interest rates, loan terms, or overpayment figures into any Fintrava calculator, that data is processed solely by client-side JavaScript executing in your device's web browser.
We do not transmit, record, log, or store your financial inputs on our web servers. Once you close or refresh your browser tab, your entered figures are discarded.
2. Personal Identifiers and Account Creation
Fintrava does not require user registration, login accounts, email submissions, or phone numbers to access our tools. We do not maintain user profile databases, and we do not sell or monetize personal customer records.
3. Web Hosting and Standard Server Logs
Our website is hosted statically via Cloudflare Pages. Like standard web hosting services, technical server request metadata (such as IP addresses, browser user agent strings, and requested asset paths) may be processed temporarily by our CDN for network routing, DDoS mitigation, and site reliability. This technical telemetry is standard for internet protocol operations and is not linked to individual financial calculations.
4. Cookies and Local Storage
Fintrava utilizes temporary browser local storage strictly to persist interface display preferences (such as selected calculation modes, term options, or input toggles) during an active browsing session. These first-party storage items do not track personal identities and never leave your local device.
5. Third-Party Advertising & Google AdSense
To keep our calculation tools free and publicly accessible, Fintrava may display third-party advertisements provided by Google AdSense and other advertising networks.
